The Family Caregiver Program is for family and friends who are providing care for a person 60 years or older and on a waiting list for CHOICE or Medicaid.

Provides:

• ECS
• In-home meals
• Respite
• Home Health Aids

Our program also provides grants to local libraries in our 5-county service area to provide materials useful for caregivers.  Please check your local library for a list of resources.
