Most of the services we provide can also be obtained through private pay. These include such assistance as:
Private pay refers to those services for which an individual pays directly from his or her own private resources. This may occur for any number of reasons. For example, a person may have assets or income that exceeds the income eligibility as determined by the state or federal guidelines. Another reason may be that there is a waiting list for services that are available through state or federal funding and the individual in need (or his or her family members) decides to pay out of personal resources so that the service can begin immediately.
Eligibility and payment criteria may change as state and federal regulations are amended or renewed. For the most current information, please call and ask one of our Link-Age staff about program eligibility guidelines.
