The Quality Assurance department at Thrive Alliance is in charge of monitoring vendor and in-house compliance for quality services to all clients/customers served through the Agency. Periodic reviews are conducted to ensure services are in compliance with guidelines established by the State of Indiana and Aging and Community Services of South Central Indiana, Inc.
Programs and services sponsored by thrive Alliance are included in Quality Assurance throughout Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson and Jennings counties. These would include nutritional, recreational, and transportation programs at the various local senior citizen centers that are assisted by the Agency. The in-home services that clients/customers receive to remain at home and independent, such as attendant care, homemaker services, home delivered meals, and various other services are included in Quality Assurance monitoring.
Quality Assurance strives to help ensure the highest level of client/customer satisfaction in the various services and programs offered by Thrive Alliance throughout the five counties. Client/customer satisfaction is the utmost concern for Quality Assurance. Client/customer surveys are conducted for services to determine the level of client/customer satisfaction.
